OK, there's two here.

1: If you trade a Pokemon, is it possible for that one to catch Pokerus? And if it is, how does it affect growth with the added trade boost?

2. Which game did Pokerus originate in?

1. Yes, it can also be infected. Traded Pokemon get more experience points, but Pokerus affects EVs, not experience points. And they get the same amount.

2. I'm pretty sure it was G/S.

I had never heard of pokerus until R/S
