    My team all has the Pokerus status. What does it do and what should I do about?
     
    it's a good thing. Your Pokeymons all get double EVs (eg, you get 3 defence EVs for Golem, a pokémon with pokérus would get 6 per battle) so it's beneficial. Wears off after 2 days or so though so make the most of it.

    It just ran out and now there is a smiley face in my pokemon's summary. Is there any aftereffects of Pokerus?

    There is no affect after Poke'rus. The smiley face simply means that said Poke'mon has had Poke'rus and can no longer get it again.

    Top paraphrase that into English: Your Pokemon's stats will rise more (by double) when they level up.

    Oh and according to Bulbapedia, the effects remain forever even once the virus is gone.
