Hello there! Polar here - throwing what goods and specialties I've got up for trade. ^^
*Update - Giving away free specially bred pokemon*
Wanna know why my trade thread has this name?
Why 'atypical' to describe what goes up for trade here? Well first of all - you won't see any protean froakie, fletchlings with gale wings, jolly gible with rough skin, or timid charmanders with heat wave 'round here. All the things I put up are leftovers from what I breed for myself - meaning they're (usually, not always) lesser used pokemon, geared towards double battles - annnnnd - they've usually got some janky-a** strategy I came up with in mind. If there is a popular breed such as, lets say Bagon for example - it'll probably have something like Hydro Pump bred onto it, and a nature that goes with the build that move also fits into. (I am actually offering 5 IV bagon with Hydro Pump bred onto them- hardy nature, for being a mixed attacker. :I ) Morever, this stock will change and update with random pokemon every week, on account of a tradition a few of my friends and I have to draw a number 1 - 718 each weekend and train the pokemon that number belongs to in the coming week.
Wanna know why I breed pokemon like this instead of what you'd normally see in a competitive battler's breeding shop?
"Dude. Why the heck do I want a Stunfisk, Omanyte, or Gastly with 'reflect type' on it? This stuff is ridiculous."
Well, some things do seem kinda silly here, yes. But, some people may be looking to get a move onto a pokemon that's otherwise very difficult to get onto it. Wether it be due to chain breeding, or only being able to be bred on from a previous generation, or obtained in dream world. I often have pokemon with oddball egg moves that can save other breeders some time just by cutting out a few egg groups. For example, if someone wanted Ally Switch on a Gardevoir, it would normally be impossible unless you went back to a fifth gen game. I am however, offering Ralts both male and female with Ally Switch as an egg move on them. Which you definitely won't find on most people's Ralts!
(I'll try and put things like hidden abilities or uncommon egg moves in bold)

Up for offer ~
Last Updated: 11/5/'14 - Added Yamask with some egg moves and stuff.
Item of the day: Yamask! The pokemon with an absolutely depressing backstory! But Cofagrigus isn't nearly as depressing in battle. Pure ghost with a handy Mummy ability and a few egg moves on it makes it a tricky strategy mon. The ones up for offer are all 5 IV's with either bold or calm natures, and Nasty Plot and Heal Block (and maybe a third) egg moves. :D

*Update - Giving away free specially bred pokemon*
Spoiler:
Update: In light of how many breeding leftovers I'm accruing; I'm going to start giving away free pokemon every day. Once every day (or three, because I"m scatterbrained) I'll designate something from the shop as the "Item of the Day", and whatever it is, is totally free to anyone who wants it. No return pokemon necessary besides whatever you use to trade for it. I'll give out as many as there are people who want them, until I'm all out of that pokemon. ^^ Look for it below in green text.
