I want to use a Poliwrath with the moveset

Hypnosis
Belly Drum
Earthquake
Brick Break

But its base speed stat is 70 so I dont know whether to focus on speed or just attack, do you think poliwrath can take a hit before hypnosis or should make sure that doesnt happen.

Jolly or Adamant?

Im also stuck on an item.

Adamant. Just bring it in on Blissey or something that can't hurt it.
