[Script] Porting PokeYellow's Pikachu starter event to Pokered?

    Hi! I am working on a full color PokeRed hack, and I was wondering this; is it possible to port Pokémon Yellow's starter events to Pokémon Red? What I mean is this;

    - Oak catches a Pokémon in Pallet Town
    - Only one ball is on the lab's table
    - Rival snatches it
    - Oak gives you the Pokémon he caught.

    At first I wanted to make it on a Yellow hack, but I couldn't due to Graphical problems plus the fact it isn't colored like the Vanilla hacks. Could somebody help?
