Question: Possibility of Old Account Deletion?

So obviously PC's been around for a while and there is plenty of account's that have no posts and have been inactive for ages. Some of these accounts have some really cool usernames and with the name changes in a few days I was just wondering what the policy was on the deletion on some of these accounts? Does it ever happen or only in some special cases?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

PC never deletes old accounts unless the owner requests it. However, it is possible to claim an old username:

"You may not change to a taken username unless...
a) The taken username has not logged on in four or more years.
b) The taken username has not made any posts.
c) You have made 100 or more posts on the PokéCommunity.
All three of the above conditions must be met to take an already-used username. If you think that an exception should be made, please PM me so that we can discuss it. The names of banned users cannot be taken, even if the above conditions are met."

From Razor Leaf in the past name change thread. However, with some possible updates coming, this could be subject to change. Keep an eye out for more news!
