Possible to set season/time of day based wild pokemon in gen 3?

    I was looking to add time of day and seasonal exclusive wild pokemon to my hack, but cant seem to find any in depth information on how to go about doing it, or if it is even possible

    was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction or crush my dreams
     
    If you want examples of done versions. The Liquid Crystal have night exclusive Pokémon. So you can use the same level scripts with a little change.
