Question: Post Formatting.

I know you can format posts to make your text larger, smaller, bold, different colours, different fonts and so on, but what if you always want a fixed kind of formatting? Say I want all my posts to be size 11 Georgia, but not have to always format them every post. How would I be able to do that?
