uhh... it depends on what you mean...
Do you want to reply to an existing topic? Click on the "Post Reply" button.
Do you want to make a new thread? find the right subforum (the Pokemon games discussion area is broken down into various subforums) and click on the "Make new thread" button.
You really do gotta be more specific though if you want a better answer. >_>
