Posting a new thread problem

    Hi i am trying to post a new thread in the Pokemon Strategies and Moveset's Area, but when i try to post it it says i am not post it because i am not allowed to post links to other websites without at least 15 posts.

    But i have not input any URL's.

    The only thing i have said in the post to do with any other websites is mention the site's name (smogon), so why can't i post it?

    Are you posting any emotes? I've had that stop me before, strangely enough.

    There should be a sizable button on the top left side of each forum section that says "New Thread." You click that and you can create a thread of your own. It should look something like the image below.
