Posting art?

Uhm, Hi.
im new, and I want to post a thread in the art-forum. But I can't attack any art, it says i "Can't link to other URLS until I have made 15 posts."
Why is this? I rly want to post in the art forum, and i wonde rif ti will be seen as spam if i hurry up and post very much, short posts today x)

You have to make 15 posts before you can post links. That's just the rules to prevent spammers.

Make some meaningful posts. It's not hard to do in Other Chat and similar forums =) you're already on 6.
