Issue: Posting In Thread Causes Subcription

If you don't get what I'm saying, the problem is that, whenever I post in a thread, I automatically get subcribed to it.
I'm not choosing to subscribe, it's just happening whenevr I post.

Is it just me or does someone else have the same problem and how do I make it stop?

EDIT: It just did it again with this thread.

Go to User CP and in edit options there should be a subscription option were in a drop down box there are various options, change it to Do Not Subscribe.

Strange, I don't remember changing that before.
Oh well, I changed it to "Do Not Subscribe", so hopefully that fixed it.
