    im looking for power items, or if someone could tell me how to obtain them as well.

    i have quite a few pokemon form sapphire
    and ask about items and il see if i have them

    do you have a choice band?
     
    You can get the power items for 16 BP at the battle tower. Really easy to do if you have any EV trained sweeper.
