Power Saves question

I generated some Pokemon onto my card with this Power Saves. I thought I'd be able to trade them at my leisure, but I keep getting the "there are Pokemon in your party that can't be traded" crap. Is there any way a Pokemon can be created with PS and be tradeable? I understand shiny locked legendaries can't be traded, but a Girafarig? I just want to be able to make Pokemon to trade away for free. I already have a full dex.

I've never generated Pokemon with it to be honest. Which cartridge are you putting it on? I know you can't find wild Girafarig in XY so if you're using that maybe it's illegitimacy is apparent enough that you can't trade it?
