4th Gen Powerful Legendary Pokemon

Which one do you think it is in the game, and do you like it? I am thinking Kyogre,Groudon and Rayquaza, they seem like overpowered lol, thinking its legendaries, its kind of obvious, so which one do you think is overpowered?

Considering that the stats of each of these legendaries in the game is no different than they were back in RSE and DPPt, I don't think a thread like this is really needed here in this section. More so, I see it better fitted in Pokémon General. However, they have quite some comparisons already between Pokémon, including the legendaries, so I don't believe this warrants being moved over there either. Hoping I made all that clear, just going to close.
