okay i see what you are saying on kyogure and dialga how about this i redid it

and the palkia/groudon

and the rayquaza/giritina is supposed to look that way

Not too bad. I can't give you tips on how/what you should fix (I can't do sprites for beans!), but I will say that I like the following:
The Composite Eevee
Kyogre/Dialga It's pretty, and looks like it should be an Ice type

And the Haunter/Electrode/ Tentacruel kinda scares me! ;)

The spices are really good, but the revamps (as already stated) need work. Try working on your shading and the outline.
