pre-battle vs mugshots

Hey all,
I have searched everywhere, and was quite surprised that there is not any tutorial for making these re-battle vs mugshots, like which can be seen when starting a gym or elite4 battle. So can someone explain step by step how to do so???

It's just images and events, that's all it is really.
It's not that complicated. If I recall correctly, Venom12's Starter Kit comes with it.

I may end up making a tutorial for it.
