Problem with Gen 3 Hacking Suite

    Hello everyone,
    I tried downloading Gen 3 Hacking Suite on a USB Drive I use to keep all my Pokémon ROM hack-related stuff, but when I tried to run the program, it didn't boot up - it just hangs on the loading mouse pointer icon a bit and doesn't start. I tried running the program in compatibility mode, thinking that it may have been a problem with my computer, but it didn't work. Can someone offer some advice as to what I can do to make it work?
