Problems with downloading PK3ds

    Hello everybody,

    So I looked up a guide online how to change the shiny odds of XY and ORAS, and every guide uses pk3ds. I knew there was an official post about it on this platform. I followed the guides online and the post. They download it from github. I downloaded the entire thing but I can't find the executable file anywhere D:
    Do you know where I can find it?
