    Ive seen some peoples profile picture is but yet mine is quite small.
    Is this because they've donated money? Thnx in advance!

    The limit does increase once you're donated more money (or become a moderator, iirc). There are also supporters such as myself who do a few profile tricks to make the background image pretty much look like a profile picture, but you also need to donate for background image privileges.
