PROJECT ARCEDON

INTRODUCTION

Hello and welcome to my hack-project. The main reason why I decided to create a team is
that I want to provide high-quality hacks for the community. Our aim would be creating a
hack together, that lasts for many years and includes endless fun! The project itself
is based on a creature, that one of my friends created - Arcedon. Look at your right and you
see how it looks like. Another rather small aim would be getting HOTM or even HOTY, but
having fun playing and creating the hack is more important. Also, setting up some
special quests and nice features has a high priority. :)

STORYLINE

I wanted to create a storyline, which does not always represent a 10 y.o kiddie, getting
a Pokémon to his birthday. Don't open the spoiler if you don't want to be spoilered until release!

Spoiler:

You are a 16 year-old teenager, which still visits the local Pokémon-school.
Going to a little school in a little town at nowhere bores you so much, that you decide
to ask your mother, whether you can start a journey around the world, to see new places and
experience an endless number of adventures! Apparently your mother demands a good reason.
Beeing angry and upset, you go upstairs. As you don't want to sleep yet, you watch the news on TV. They talk about masked people, that were seen near a DNA researching lab, which was actually well-defined from the normal hiking trail. You rush downstairs and tell your mother what you just saw, but you make up some lies to make it appear more evil than it actually seemed on TV. Having mom's permission to travel around the world, you visit your old friend, who endows
you a Pokémon to go on your journey with. Later, you discover, that these masked people are
more dangerous than you believed earlier..

IDEAS AND FEATURES

● More than just one region
● Transparency textboxes (implemented)
● Minigames via ASM (not sure yet)
● Hacking every graphic ingame
● New intro instead of the old Oak-intro
● Items that you can use from bag to finish quests
● Fly is past.. today you have a highspeed-railway!*
● A bank system, with which you can buy items online**
● ...

*You must buy a ticket also.. if you don't, there is a chance of 1/3 you are caught.
**The idea here is to make an portable item which is a client for buying items even when
you are on routes.

● Beta-Tester: (testing for bugs; as much as possible can apply here!)
