Hello, my name is Skiffz I have been playing around with Pokemon hacks for a few years and after a few horrible tries to make a game all by myself I quit ROM hacking for a few months but now I am back and determined to make a ROM. Specifiably a ROM named Pokemon Serene, but I cant make it alone so I need a team that will help me.

DETAILS:
Pokemon Serene will be a hack of Pokemon Firered and will have a New Region to explore with New Tiles,and a New Hero/Heroine along with 150 Fakemon that will be official looking did I mention that I will try to make all of them catch-able throughout the game.

STORY LINE:
The story begins as you being a 14 year old boy or girl who in turn receives his/her vary own Pokemon. But as You receive your Pokemon a newscast airs and you are shocked to hear that towns all across the seirou region has been taken over by a mysterious team named Team Cloudy. Team Cloudy have set up posts in the cities they have intruded, and have assigned admins as Team Cloudy Leaders (Gym Leaders). As you watch this newscast Prof. Cotton advises' you to defeat the 8 Team Cloudy Leaders and defeat the Team Cloudy Boss(yet to be named) and restore the land of Seirou to its once peaceful state.

Well you tell me if it should be the final map? I have no idea if its good or not since I whipped it up in 5 minutes.

I'm a moderately good scripter (can script new events, and events already implemented that are failing) with moderate coding. By events I mean the giving of items, Pokemon, and just general chat. I can also do the stuff where you can have the person talk, give you something, then say something different...

I'm a new hacker (within the week) but I learn fast and have been tutorial browsing with 15+ tuts on how to hack. I use Notepad(pokescript) and can edit maps, warps, and the like.

If you're still looking I'm available... Please pm me back when you're next available.

I'd like it if I could join you 'cus you seem to be knowledgable and I'd like to learn, but I don't want to be a hinderance in any way to your project.

I'm also up to storyline helping, beta testing, and can probably learn anything within a day if I'd need to.

As I said I'd love to learn from your team, but please don't feel obligated to accept me...
