PSA 9 Graded Cards vs PSA 10 Grades Cards

I'm debating whether to but a PSA 10 holo set of the first 16 foils 1st edition shadowless or to buy them PSA 9. I already have a PSA 10 Charizard, but I'm looking to get all the first 16 foil cards in PSA Grade form. Should I just get the rest in PSA 9 at a much cheaper price or go spend huge bucks on a PSA 10 set?

I'm not really sure how any of us can answer this question without knowing you, it just depends on whether this is a priority for you or not. If you want them and you have the cash to spend, then go for it. If there are other things you need the money for, then don't. You're the only one who knows if it's a viable option or not.
