On form as ever. I'd've perhaps moved the attack down a circle, but apart from that, I LIKE it. Sexy holo effect. Perhaps not overly useful either, but I guess that means it's not broken :D

But it would be better if the attack had a cooler effect... like look at the top # cards of your deck and reagrup them as you wish or shuffle # cards from your discard pile into your deck...

it should be:
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may put Mr. Mime from your hand onto Mime Jr. (this counts as evolving Mime Jr.) and remove all d.c. from Mime Jr.

(why one Mr. Mime?; "hand" is missing; and Mime Jr. is the one who evolves)

and the attack-I wouldn't personally mess with "top card of Discard pile". Can the pile be shuffled or not? It could be manipulated.
but I guess it's OK.

but overall, I like the card.
