Psyduck won't transfer on Ranch

Hello I seem to be having a specific problem depositing a perticular pokemon onto My Pokemon Ranch from Pokemon Pearl
Basically when I try to deposit it it does the deposit animation and then beams Psyduck back up and says Psyduck doesn't want to leave
It's a female Psyduck level 19
has a modest nature is highly persistant and likes dry food
It has the moves flash,watergun,waterfall and surf
It holds a water stone
attack 24
defence 27
SP Attack 31
SP Defence 35
speed 27
ability cloud nine
all other pokemon are fine, I have tried taking of the water stone then depositing it no difference
so does anyone know what the problem is or had an incident smiler to this

I have no experience with Pokemon Ranch and this really should go in the Simple Question thread over in the Spin-off games forum because oyu'll might get better answers there...but my best guess is that it's because your Psyduck is probably the only pokemon in your main game that knows Surf and Waterfall.

They made it so that if a pokemon in your party is the only one to know certain HM moves, they can't be released or transferred so as to prevent you from becoming stuck on an island or behind a tree in the game. XD
