Query about my Sceptile...

OKay I got this Shiny Sceptile in a trade the other day, and I wanna train it up.
I was customizing it's moves, and I noticed it had thunderpunch. Awesome, I thought. I gave it Dragon Pulse, Energy Ball and Crunch too. But when i was choosing the rest of my team, and looking at Moves that could be learned on Serebii.net's DP Pokedex, I noticed on Sceptile's page it doesn't say it can learn Thunderpunch, from TM, Leveling up, Egg Moves, or the Move Tutor. So how has mine got it?

So, is this pokemon hacked, or has Serebii.net just forgotten to mention Thunderpunch?
I mean Sceptiles are in the Monster egg group, so can breed with Ampharos, so if it could learn Thunderpunch it would be possible...

Does anyone know about this?

I check the R/S/C/FR/LG/E Pokédex on serebii site, apparently in Emerald Tutor Attacks it can learn thunderpunch, so if that Sceptile didn't came from hoenn, might be hacked.

Ahhh thanks goodness... it's from Hoenn (where else would it come from lol). Well that's good to know I can still use him ^^
