I have a from Team Rocket Return, Azumarril and he has a poke-power or poke-body Froth, it says "Once during your turn, when you play Azumarril from your hand to evolve one of your active pokemon, you may use this power. Each defending pokemon is now paralyzed."
My question is, each time you evolve your active pokemon, and Azumarril is on my bench, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed?
Or is it, each time when I play Azumarril from my hand to evolve my active pokemon, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed?
Please clerify what this poke-power is trying to say.

If you'll look a bit more carefully, you'll see that it works only when you play that Azumarill card, and only if the Marill you play it on is your active pokémon. Hope that answers your question. :3
