[Tool] Question about editing evolution methods

    Hello, Im new to ROM hacking and I was messing around with the B2W2 rom changer. My question is, if i were to assign two possible methods for say, onix to evolve into steelix, would that cause problems? More specifically, if i were to make it so onix can evolve into steelix in the daytime when it levels up holding a metal coat, and also a second method that does the same thing but during nighttime, would that cause any issues?
