4th Gen Question about EVs

    So let's say my Pokemon got maximum EV points, but can I feed it berries to remove Attack EVs, and then continue training to get more Speed EVs?

    Also why is 4th Gen Help Thread closed? I wanted to ask this question there.

    P.S. Actually I probably won't need this info for anything (I'm not playing competitive, I don't even have DS), it's just my curiosity.
