[Question] Adding a second page to the Pokedex.

I realized that the Pokedex often goes by Gen IV+ as it fits an entry all on one page, however what if we want to add a second page to a Pokemon entry in the Pokedex, how do we go about adding a second page so we can have Pokedexes that would be like Pre-Gen IV?
