I was wondering exactly how many posts/how long/whatever before being able to give/make people lose rep is.

I know you can't if you are new, but what is the actual time period between when you can and can't?

I searched the FAQ and didn't find an exact answer.

10 rep points given to me or 10 different people giving me rep?

By that I belive Kylie means that you must give rep to 10 other members.

If you mean how many other people you need to rep before repping the same person, 6... I think. 5 or 6.

No that's not what I meant.

I mean how long does it take before repping "Grey" to repping "Green and Red".

Like, what is the exact amount of time/reps needed?

Oh, that. You need 30 rep points to give somebody a good rep, and 60 to give somebody a bad rep. However many times you can put 30/60 into your current rep is how many good/bad (respectively) rep points you give out.
