Question: Pokemon Essentials

For those that do not know, Pokemon Essentials is a game engine where developers can build their own Pokemon games without the use of ROMs(unless you plan to rip sprites from the game, but Essentials comes preloaded with 649 Pokemon and all their forms). You can easily add moves, items, types, and Pokemon without having to replace anything.
Here is the question.
Are we allowed to post downloads of Pokemon Essentials games?

We have a game dev forum, of which some of the projects in there are made using that exact thing, so yes, it's allowed. :) As long as it's your own project that you're trying to post.
