If you want to remove your details about your Claims, then you can either do it directly through your profile or through 'Edit Your Details' in the User Control Panel. If you want to do it through your profile, then you click on the little edit pencil and remove it. If you wish to do it in 'Edit Your Details,' then scroll down until you see your claims and erase the information from there.
Keep in mind, you will still be able to see your Claims marked as 'none' on your profile. For other members however, they won't be able to see anything of the such. They can only view what you have written in such as Biography, etc. if you have anything there. This is why for other members, you cannot see their claims description as they have nothing put into it.

The second paragraph of what Hiiro said is probably what would apply to your question most. If you want to check what other people see just to make sure, click the "View your "About Me" as seen by everyone else" link on the top-right corner of your About Me dialog.
