Okay well I've been watching the Diamond and Pearl series on Tv. And Dawn kept doing contests, and I just wanted to know if you can do contests in Soul Silver?

on your way out of Goldenrod to the north take a left inside the gatehouse that leads to the national park it will take you directly to the contest dome
