    If someone gets booted out permanently can they come back with another user?
     
    No, thats why they were booted out, because they are not to come back at all.
     
    Why are you asking this?

    Anyways, It matters if its a IP ban or just User Ban. And there are ways to get past IP Bans, so yes, you can. But if we find out, they will get banned again.
     
    Oh..thanx. It was just like there are different rules and consequeses for every forum and I like to get them clear first..thats all.
