    What is a good art program that uses vector?
     
    Flash MX 2004 is a nice one. I don't know of any others, although Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop both support vector layers, but they aren't good at all. I mean the most you can really make is text or a circle. :/ But really, you should ask in the stickied Art Discussion thread.
