Well...I suppose you could. ^^; I know that every time someone's asked me to be their friend, I always said yes. ^______^ You never know, maybe once you get to know the person - you'll really get to like them. =3

Well, you can always just PM them and talk to them. The only way you'll be able to see who your real friends are is by talking and getting to know them. :3

Sure you can deny someone's friend. It's you option since you are the one deciding if you wnat to be friends with this certain someone. And keeping i ntouch with your friends is nice through AIM or MSN or even ICQ or YIM. Or just a simple email or PM here would just do.
 
It's your call. If you want to list your friends. Its not really mandatory. If you think you dotn have to put them cause they arent active dont. But still. Most people try to be as active as they can, for reasons being some can't.

Anyway, yeah if you want, you don't have to say yes all the time. There isn't any rule against it or anything.

"You're a nice guy, but I just don't think we're too good of friends. You seem like a nice person, but you're just never on. I'm sorry. Maybe in the future we can."
If it's a girl- "And we can go in the bed." 0_o

I always say Yes, but Sometimes No if the guy didn't even post ijn forums yet.
 
Well, you could of course, it's your choice. Some might consider it mean but that's their problem, and one way around it is not having a friends list [or another, just putting My true friends/best friends/closer friends/active friends: friend a, friend b, ...]. I always accept, because I wanna get to know them, but it's your choice ultimately.
