i don't understand it i was fighting gastly so many times but i get little EV points and i was fighting a trainer with 3 rosilia's i got little Ev points to? idon't know what i'm going to do

It doesn't matter, if you reached your EV limit, it won't go higher, no matter what the level is.
Just remember if you battle 100 Zubats and your speed only goes up by 3, it is completely natural, results won't show until level 100.
And it takes 4 points to gain in a stat.

I usually check IVs before EVs like most ppl so after I EV train I use *insert poke here* in an actual wi-fi battle. I check the stats while switching and based on it's IVs, I can tell whether I EV trained it right. Ex: Electivire w/ hasty nature=345 atk. Obviously that one has 31 IVs and 252 Evs for attack :D
