4th Gen Questions for in faq

I still have some questions that aren't answered in the faq:

-When does the harbor Inn open?

-Can you access the right wing of the pokémon trophy mansion? If so, When?

-If you have all unowns even the exlamation mark and the question mark, is there something special you can do? because it seems pointless. It doesn't bring extra data in your pokédex, you catch one and you have the unown data. I have all of them but it's useless.

The only benefit I know fo for catching all 28 Unkown, is obtaining extra Pokeball Seals, in Solaceon Town, hop down to a certain house and put the unknown first in your team, and talk to a kid. He gives you seals depending on what letter Unkown you show.

Harbor Inn: I'm gonna guess that's the one that you could get DarkRai in. Umm... It's never gonna open until you get the event item, which hasn't come out yet.

Pokemon Mansion: Nope, don't think so.

Unown: Well, when you show the kid the unowns, he'll give you seals of that letter. So, if you want the whole alphabet in seals, catch them all.
