Quick question about stopping gameshark

So, my though was, to take all the pokemon and moves, put them into to respective lists, and put each list seperately into a list randomizer. Then, put the pokemon in that order into the game. Same with the moves.

Kind of like
001: mewtwo
002: magikarp
003: wigglytuff
004: hoppip
005: magmar

it'll be sort of like that. Is that a good idea, or a bad one?
