    i know that when you trade a pokemon over it will level faster my question are

    how much fast is there a %?
    if you traded the pokemon again would it getting even fast leveling?
    and when its traded and levels fast does this mean it will end up weaker then if it was non-traded?

    It's kind of hard to explain..examples are always easier...

    I have Fire Red and Sapphire. I want to train my Blaziken in FR. When I trade it, and battle, I believe you get double of the original.

    No, if you trade it again, it does not increase. Actually, when you trade it BACK to Sapphire, it'll lose that bonus.

    i c so to recive quick leveling it must be trained on a version it was not caught on will it be just as strong as if i trained it on the verison it was caught on?

    Not that hard to explaion actually... Pokémon trained under a trainer of a different ID than that of it's original trainer gains "boosted EXP", 150% of the original EXP gained (not double, double is 200%). Basically, take the EXP. normally gained and multiply it by "1.5". To recieve "Boosted EXP", the Pokémon does not need to be on a different version than the one it was caught on, as long as it's under a trainer of a different ID. (If you trade it again, the same rule still applies. Pokémon traind by trainers of a different ID than their OT gain 150% of what they originally gain... No more, no less).

    And yes, I believe traded Pokémon will end up with lower stats than that of a Pokémon which wasn't traded... I might be wrong though, I'm not too sre about that. If it levels up quicker than normal Pokémon, it makes sense that is has less chances to gain effort points and etc...

    I hope this has helped you :)

    if you ev train it right it shouldn't end up weaker.

    That's the reason why I said I wasn't sure... lol :P

    it gets + .5 of normal exp

    Technicaly it's not "+ .5"... I know what you mean though, the EXP.that a traded pokémon gains is the original with "half" added on top. That's "x 1.5" though, not "+ .5", just to let you know... because "+ .5" would be this...
    Let "1000 EXP." represent the original EXP. gain;
    1000 + .5 = 1000.5

    opposed to this...
    1000 x 1.5 = 1500
    You had the right idea, you just said it wrong... :P

    Well just because it gains experience faster doesnt mean the base experience it needs to get to level 100 doesnt change. Say a Milotic who needs 600,000 EXP to be at level 100 is traded. It still needs 600,000 EXP even though it gains a boosted experience gain. So basically it wouldnt be weaker or stronger because max experience, IVs and EVs dont change.

    True. I was thinking along these lines though;
    because the base EXP needed doesn't change, and because it gains EXP at a faster rate, it would reach LV. 100 quicker than normal, without as many battles. That thought led me to think that because less battles were required, you would also have less chance to gain effort points frm battles. It was just a thought though. You're probably right though, I don't think that actually makes a difference... :P

    i want to thank everyone for helping

    i got a few more question about the game but no longer realted to the title but i don't want to make enough thread so hopefuly some one will read :)

    my question are is there a maxium stat number like say i get a poekmon to 99 then use stat increaseing items on him like iron is there a max for each stat if so what is it or is it depentdent on the pokemon

    alos does it matter how u train him for example if u dnt think about ev points when traing is that going to limt the max he can get if i give him stat increase items

    think thats everything

    Ugh... I'm completely out of depth when it comes IVs and EVs, and limits to stat-increasing items... Sorry man, let's hope someone comes along and has an answer for ya. :(
    I suggest you start a new thread though, but someone will probably come to this one sooner or later anyway. ;)

    Well again, this depends on how much your background knowledge is. Assuming you know about Ev's...

    If you have a level 99 pokemon, there is a high chance (practically 100%) that you've already maxed out your EV's (un)intentionally. Because the vitamins only work with pokemon LESS than 100 EV's in a stat, then no, they won't work. But let's say you breed and hatch an egg. You can then give the pokemon 10 of which ever but you cannot pass the 510 mark total (255 for one stat)

    Again, sorry if I'm incorrect. Don't take my exact words for it unless confirmed...

    What Matty101 said is correct. Also, keep in mind that each vitamin increases one stat's EV by 10 and that even though 255 is the maximum amount of EVs you can have in one stat, 252 is the maximum amount that actually affects the stats.

    And just to clear up the confusion with whether or not traded Pokémon are weaker than ones caught by you, the answer is no! Seriously, where did you guys get the idea that traded Pokémon are weaker? Where would the logic in that be? -.- Stats are only affected by nature, base stats, IVs and EVs, nothing else.

    ty dudes

    i must admit this has kind of confused me a bit i didnt know as much as i thought i knew about EV's and i dnt have a clue what an IV is is there a link to a FAQ or guide someone has that explans EV's IV's and natures in detail and how to train using iv and how to make your pokemon strong as posible ty again

    "... is there a link to a FAQ or guide someone has that explans EV's IV's and natures in detail and how to train using iv and how to make your pokemon strong as posible..."

    Well, Serebii.net has some information on IVs and EVs, perhaps you should check there? From this page you can find EVs (effort values), IVs (individual values), and DVs too (dynamic values). I never heard of DVs before... lol, anyway, from this page you can get to other pages of the site with other information too. I hope this hhelps you somewhat. :)
