Quick Question about unlz.gba

I started editing just about now and i made the sprite and stuff and i finished the front of the pokemon but when i look at the back of he pokemon its shiny pokemon back and im editing my pokemon so that my pokemons are shiny! can you help?

example
Sprite number: 674
Pokemon: Charmander
Position: Facing you
Type: Normal

Sprite number: 675
Pokemon Charmander
Position: as your pokemon
Type: Shiny

Okay, you have a linked picture to the emulation forums. You should know this isn't the place. Given I've never even heard of what was talked about, I'm 99% sure its a hacking thing.

For ROMS (looked it up). For game development, people use paint or a more advanced graphics program.
