3rd Gen quick question...

what are the little stars around your pokemon when u look at theyre condition and how do u make them go up? i think its called luster but i dont know how to make them get more stars

If you are refering to the stars around their picture, you can make these go up by giving them pokeblocks. The guy in Mossdeep can tell you what type each pokemon likes.

That's just how many Poroks they've gotten. Once the stars form a circle, then you can't feed them Poroks anymore.

 

[Toothache]

You can feed a Pokemon a maximum of 12 Pokeblocks before they stop taking more.

Make sure you use the right one before feeding, and check the Pokeblock level (higher, the better).
