Ok so I KINDA got a team set but i need to EV train... and my question is what lvl should i start EV training at and after im done can i just Rare Candy it to 100 or what ?

P.S. I didnt know which forum thing i should post this at so that is why it is here since this is a general like area

Any level is fine to start EV training, really. When you're done, go ahead and abuse those Rare Candies.

well you need to ev train till the advanced stat is not over like 3. dont rare candy it will screw the hole thing over
what do u mean "is not over like 3" mean?

Ive been told that u need to be like 50+ cause u need to kill ALOT of the certain pokemon before u lvl up is that true?

No. Any level is fine to start EV training because you should end up at a total of 510 EVs regardless of when you started. You don't need to KO all the Pokemon you need before leveling up. In fact, you can KO the Pokemon needed for EV training across a few levels if necessary.

oh kool thank you and how exactly do u know when you have maxed EV a stat and/or get the certain amount u want for another state say u want max EV attack but 100 on Def and 100 ev on Sp. Def and rest on Speed how would u be able to make sure u do it right?

You have to keep track of exactly how many EVs your Pokemon gained yourself. Pencil and Paper, keeping a document on your computer, etc. You can know when you maxed out your TOTAL EVs by getting the Effort Ribbon in whatever game you're playing.

There is a way to calculate the EVs in a Pokemon's stats, but that requires knowledge of IVs which I'm going to assume you don't know yet, so... yeah.

Then if it's the IV calculator I'm thinking of, then you just plug in your IVs and stats and click "calculate EPs required". Just keep in mind that any IVs not calculated at lv. 100 will be somewhat imprecise.

No. EVs stop being gained at lv. 100. If you want to know your Pokemon's IVs precisely, one of the easiest methods would be to get in an IV battle aka a battle over wi-fi where you can set your Pokemon to lv. 100 for the battle and then calculate your IVs using the new lv. 100 stats. Such Battles can be arranged in this thread.

oh ok thats cool how do you set that up in the pokecenter to do that? And can i do it in a battle with someone right beside me without being near a wireless wifi area?

(wat i mean is it a cup type or what to get it to work like that)

darn... oh well THANK YOU SO MUCH helped ALOT

So would that mean I would have to go downstairs to blue part and do it with someone i have FC to right?
