Quick Question

I have checked Serebii for this multiple times, but have come out empty handed. For certain pokemon such as Blissy and Wigglytuff I have noticed that seismic toss is usually a good move u should put in there set. When i go to check their dex entry Seismic toss isn't located anywhere (TM, Egg move ect.) I am curious as to how you would get this move on these pokemon.

In order for Chansey to know Seismic Toss, you have to get a tutor in LG/FR or Emerald to teach the move to the Pokémon, then you have to migrate Chansey over from one of the games and she will know Seismic Toss.
