    Can anyone help me. I want to know if it is possible to collect a Shiny Leaf on Route 33 with a Quiet Typhlosion. I appreciate the help.
     
    Yes, it is possible for your typhlosion to obtain a shiny leaf on route 33, with it's quiet nature. If you'd like more information about which natures are able to find shiny leaves on which routes, visit here: https://www.cheatsguru.com/nds/pokemon_soul_silver/cheats/2126143.htm . It's got a comprehensive table of all, if not most natures and their respective routes where shiny leaves are able to be found.
