R/S Team, help needed.

Ok, right now I have the following:

Combusken - level 30 - Moves: Ember, Bulk Up, Double Kick, Rock Smash
Vigoroth - level 31 - Moves: Cut, Strength, Yawn, Slack Off
Gyarados - level 23 - Moves: Splash, Tackle, Bite, Surf
Lombre - level 25 - Moves: Fury Swipes, Flash, Absorb, Nature Power
Kecleon - level 30 - Moves: Faint Attack, Fury Swipes, Psybeam, Screech

Now, I know I need to level up Gyaradoes and Lombre.... But I need to know what else I should add to my team. I need an electric type, or something that can learn elecrtic moves. I was thinking Mangiton(sp?) and I was thinking of using the fighting/psychic combo pokemon, I cant remember its name.... Post your ideas for helping me.

PS: I cant deside if I want to evolve my vigoroth or not..... post ideas on him too please.

yes, Meditate is the guy. But I'm still not sure about everything else

So what movesets were u thinking of for meditate/champ
Do u want a baton passer?
Take rock smash off of combusken and try to get rock slide/earthquake
U should post after ur finished ur team or post the movesets u would like to have, also please post personalities and items ^_^

Vigoroth (and NOT Slaking) should have: Slack off, Yawn, Slash and Earthquake/Focus Punch/Brick Break

Lombre is useless.

Give Tm 24 to Kecleon

I think you should add an Ice type to your team sometime maybe not now but sometime .
