You could use brighter colors. The colors look kind of gray-ish to me. And outlines could use some help too along with shades.

Chimchar's hand in the back can be bright due to the fire. The eye in the side doesn't look right to me.

Manetric needs a bit more shades then what it has now. The neck seems a bit straight since the outline is one line. (Not in the back, the front outline.)

Not mush to say about Riolu.

Not bad.
