    Confuse Ray/Ice Beam/Toxic/Rest

    Special Wall Tentacruel. Sets up Rain Dance and inflicts some status altering damage. Rapid Spin for those annoying Spikes/Stealth Rock. EV spread is kinda messy, so some help would be very appreciated.
