This is my first construction of a team in a long time, and I'm willing to take any advice into consideration, just be nice :) Thanks.

    Bronzong@Damp Rock
    Calm
    252 HP 196 Sp.Def 60 Def
    Levitate
    Rain Dance
    Grass Knot
    Explosion
    Stealth Rock/Charge Beam/Hypnosis

Sets up RD, counters TTar and Hippowdon leads with Grass Knot. I can't decide on the last slot, I'm leaning towards Charge Beam because I can see Gyara taunting me, then I'd be kinda screwed. Stealth Rock would be so a Sash Infernape & others can't Grass Knot sweep my team.

    Kabutops@Life Orb
    Adamant
    252 Atk 252 Spd 4 HP
    Swift Swim
    Waterfall
    X Scissor
    Stone Edge
    Aqua Jet/Rapid Spin

Kabutops is a beast in the rain. STAB Waterfall + rain + orb just wins, plus if anything tries to outspeed me I can whack out a STAB Aqua Jet. X Scissor for Shaymin, Alakazam & the likes. Rapid spin could be useful seeing as this team will require a bit of switching.

    Empoleon@Leftovers
    Bold
    252 Def 252 Sp.Def 4 Sp.Atk (Not too sure on this spread)
    Torrent
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Grass Knot
    Knock Off/Toxic/Roar/Iron Defense

Empoleon acts as a tank, he can absorb a lot, including STAB dragaon moves, and at the same time he can cause a lot of damage. Again though, some help on slot #4.

    Kingdra@Damp Rock/Lum Berry
    Adamant/Jolly
    252 Atk 252 Spd 4 HP
    Swift Swim
    Rain Dance
    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Waterfall

A very valuable addition to the team, fast as hell with RD running, plus a boost or 2 from DD and Kingdra is lethal.

    Lanturn@Leftovers
    Modest
    44 HP 136 Sp.Atk 252 Sp.Def 76 Spd
    Volt Absorb
    Surf
    Thunder
    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave/Signal Beam

Switch him in on electric moves, then I can paralyse or sweep. I like Lanturn :)

    Crobat@Damp Rock
    Timid
    160 HP 132 Sp.Atk 216 Spd
    Inner Focus
    Rain Dance
    Air Slash
    Dark Pulse/U-Turn
    Hypnosis/Heatwave

Crobat helps me maintain the rain. I want to able to switch him in on a grass move, are these good enough EV's to do so? I want Heatwave because I lack a Forretress counter, but I suppose a weak Heatwave won't be much different to a STAB water move from somoene like Empoleon.

I know Rain Dance teams dont often work well in OU, but why not try it?
